About Jeff
I’ve been on your side of the table.
For 25 years I worked in sales and technology at multinational companies — 10 of them leading teams. I know what it is like to hit targets, be promoted for technical excellence and then discover that leading people requires a different set of tools.
Today, as a Master Coach certified by IGT International Coaching and creator of the Reconhecer Method, I use that experience to help professionals make that transition with method, not motivational shortcuts.
